I recently obtained some wildlife for Martin's Creek Tramway.

!2x kangaroos, 12x koalas and 8x eagles.

After a coat of paint, then some weathering powders,

they now live in the bush.

Thanks Rod

Something else to look at,

and adding to the atmosphere.

There will be no toads or crocs.

Well done.

I have a assortment of Keroby birds,

I only need some trees for them !

And a place for my Tasmanian Tiger.  :)

Thanks Rod and Ken for your comments.

I'm at the stage in the layout of going over some scenery,
and improving the parts that had deteriorated over time.

Now I have some wildlife as well as a couple of cows.

Ken, you need to plant some trees so they can grow over time,
make sure they're eucalyptus for the Koalas.

The Thylacine (Tasmanian Tiger) is extinct,
but sightings have been noted around where I live.

We are also supposed to have a panther in the area,
but I think it may be a large domestic cat.

There doesn't seem much available in Aussie O-scale animals.

But a local is making the models I have bought,
so hopefully more will come on the market.

Peter

I plan to make some Eucalyptus trees.

While not native to South America, imported trees (less Koalas),
are logged along the Huancayo & Huancavelica Rly. in Peru.

Used for pit props at the Cerro de Pasco mines.
Have managed one flat car, with a load of pit props.

Line has been standard gauged since I traveled it in 2000.

Between articles from Geoff, Rod & Dan,
I have no excuse for not making a few ?
