Hi Bobby

Great to see one of your tank cars ...

... without its shirt on !

It's good to be able to see, at least some of, the parts ...

... of which I'm sure you have a HUGE stash !

Etched-brass 'whatnots', brake-cylinders, NBWs ...

... yer know the kinda stuff.  ;)

Nice lookin' tank car.  :thumb:

Thanks a lot Si, I appreciate it !

The styrene tube is 3/4 inch and was hard to find.

I wrapped it with .015 sheet styrene to achieve the correct diameter.

Regards, Bobby

Hi Bobby

I love seeing your paintless construction photos !  :old dude:

(maybe that's why I never get round to painting mine !)  :P  L:  :f:

A question I have been meaning to ask you Bobby ...  ???

... what thou" brass-wire do you use for HO grabs & handrails ?  L:

I guess you have a few different dia. gauges, of what looks good ?  L:

Thanks Si !

Tichy has a great selection of grabs, end steps and wire.

The car is painted and decaled, but the photo is too big to post.

I'll try to cut it down.

Regards, Bobby
